DANA WHITE APPEARING TO STARE AT FIGHTERS' CROTCHES AGAIN
Dana White (far right) appearing to stare at the crotch of the naked Melvin Guillard.
Dana White (second from right) appearing to stare at the crotch of Diego Sanchez. The following was sent in by
Scoop McTroll, who is live in Los Angeles to cover the
UFC 60 card:
"The big talk of the day was how former-Boxercize-instructor-turned-UFC-president
Dana White could not stop
staring at the crotches of the fighters during the weigh-ins.
Staring at the crotches and asses of the fighters during weigh-ins has seemed to become Dana White's custom for every UFC show, and has become somewhat of an
inside joke in MMA circles.
White even went so far as to blatantly peek at the crotch of a naked
Melvin Gullard, who needed to strip naked to make weight and was being covered only by a held up towel.
Another interesting observation was how
Zuffa insisted that the fighters strip down to only their speedos or shorts for the weigh-ins, in what many observers thought to be a marketing ploy to satisfy the seemingly large
homosexual fanbase of the seemingly homo-erotic
'The Ultimate Fighter' reality series.
The height of it came when
Gabriel 'Napao' Gonzaga was made to take his shirt off before even weighing in, even though it was not necessary as it was fairly obvious that the
235-pound Napao would not weigh past the
265-pound limit."
SLOW-SELLING UFC 60 OFFERING MASSIVE DISCOUNTS FOR TICKET PRICES
By Coffee Guy
Former-Boxercize-instructor-turned-UFC-president, Dana White (pictured), inexplicably scheduled the UFC 60 card on Memorial Day Weekend.Ticket sales for tonight's
UFC 60 card in Los Angeles, California, are going extremely slow, and the show is
nowhere near to being sold out. Inexplicably, the UFC 60 card was scheduled on
Memorial Day Weekend, when most people in the UFC age demographic in Los Angeles are away on holidays.
In response to this, the
UFC, through certain vending channels, is offering
tickets at massive discounted prices. Premium seats are being offered at
30% off the listed price. Other tickets are being sold for even bigger discounts then the premium seats, most of them for only a fraction of face value. For more info, go to ticketmaster.com.

'Tatame' reports that
Evangelista 'Cyborg' Santos has signed a 3-fight deal with
DSE/PRIDE.
FILHO: 'VANDERLEI HAS NO CHANCE'
Paulo FilhoPaulo Filho recently spoke with Brazilian magazine
'Tatame'. Here are some of the things Filho had to say:
Filho on who he thinks will win the PRIDE Open Weight GP: "Minotauro is the favorite. Fedor and Mirko Cro Cop were the only fighters who posed a serious threat to Rodrigo. Without those two in the tournament, things will go much smoother and I can now say 100% that he can be the champion."
Filho on the possibility of a Vanderlei Silva vs. Rodrigo 'Minotauro' Nogueira matchup: "The whole world knows that Vanderlei has no chance against Minotauro. Minotauro has withstood beatings from guys who are much stronger and heavier then Vanderlei. Aside from the fact that Vanderlei doesn't have good takedowns, Rodrigo's ground game is also far superior. I also think that he won't be able to do anything to Minotauro in the standup game."
Filho on his upcoming fight in the PRIDE 183-pound GP: "I'm well prepared, even though I haven't been able to train as hard the last few days because of a cold. My strategy for this fight will be to close the distance, take the fight to the ground, and win by submission. I'm looking to end the fight. I want to show the superiority of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu."
Filho on the PRIDE 183-pound GP: "Without a doubt, this year's card is much deeper. Because of this I don't think there's a favorite, but I can tell you who I think has a chance to be the champion. Murilo Ninja has a chance, just like I do. Murilo Bustamante, Phil Baroni, Dan Henderson, and Denis Kang too."

'THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER' SEASON 3: EPISODE 8 REVIEW
Tito Ortiz wearing what appears to be a female halter top.Due to the homoerotic theme of
'The Ultimate Fighter' reality show, we have contracted grappling enthusiast
Andrew Bryant, who is also MMA's only known admitted
homosexual insider, to write up our weekly review of the show:
"Recap of Ed never getting to fight, which means that he gets to fight tonight. Somehow I don't think cute little Danny is going to fair very well.
Tito's just happy that he can stay in Ken's head. Ed's still pissed that he didn't get picked first. Quit whining!!
Ken goes to hang out in an ultra posh suite thingy with a bowling lane in it, when his wife shows up with a birthday cake for him.
Danny admits that his ground game isn't the best, but says that he won't get submitted, ya-huh, getting a tad over confident, are we? LOL.
Ed takes what is probably the bubbliest bubble bath of all time, LOL. It's actually rather cute, he looks like a little kid. He then tackles Kendall. Ed says to "call it gay or whatever". Thank you, I think I will. Possibly the gayest gay to have ever gayed, LOL.
Ed decides to get completely snockered 'cause he didn't get picked. Dear god, man, obsess much? This isn't elementary school kickball. I really hope it's all just editing.
Team Ken's plan for Ed is to take Danny down and ground 'n' pound him until he gives up.
I dunno if I'm ok with Danny's theory that no one is ever going to give him a beating worse than his dad. I really hope he's not being literal, 'cause that's not so healthy.
Apparently, Danny's a bit of a storyteller, why do we have to wait until the show he fights on to show us any of this? It's called character development editor guys, LOL.
Line of the night goes to Mike Nickels for suggesting that Danny might cum up with an excuse along the lines of "my uterus is pulled" to get out of the fight, LOL.
Tito doubts Danny's seriousness concerning his back problem.
Bisping is getting annoyed over Matt's overuse of the "wooo". I would suggest that Bisping never watch a Rick Flair match.
Ed teases Tito about his skinny legs. Personally, I would have gone for his enormous head, but that could just be me, LOL.
Danny gets help from Matt on his wrestling skills.
Everyone seems to be predicting a win for Ed by absolute ass raping.
Does Ed not have any other facial expression than "petulance"? He said that his ground 'n' pound is the most exciting ever, and yet there was no facial expression or excitement with that statement ever.
The fight:
They circle for a bit before clinching against the fence. Ed manages a takedown and ends up in Danny's guard where he pretty much beats the crap out of Danny before moving to side guard and eventually getting a really nice arm bar. Really not surprising, although I was hoping for a Mike Whitehead level of self-destruction."

RAY MARDO: 'HOW I TOOK DOWN THE UFC'

Hello. My name is
Raymond A. Mardo III. Most people simply call me,
'raymardo'.
Thank you for stopping here to see how I took down the
UFC. This is not an attempt to brag. It is merely to show that the little guy need not be afraid of the big guy, even if it is the big guy's job to kick ass for a living! When you are right and prepared, you will win.
The UFC needed to prove
three key points in their case against me. The one which proved to be their downfall was:
Registering the domain name with bad intentions. This could not be proved by the UFC or it's high powered attorneys because it was not true. I never tried to sell the URL for profit. I also registered the domain name two full years before the new owners of the UFC,
Zuffa LLC, even bought the fledging and financially challenged company. I had interest in the UFC before Zuffa.
What follows is a press release outlining most of the details of this case between the UFC and myself. I hope you enjoy the results of this case.

Screenwriting DJ Wins Ultimate Fighting Championship
Ray Mardo, a professional DJ and screenwriter is a former freestyle wrestling champion who has recently scored a major victory over the UFC, an international no holds barred fighting organization that has served as the launching pad for professional wrestlers Ken Shamrock, Dan "The Beast" Severn, and Tank Abbott into the WWE & WCW.
The UFC attempted to wrestle the domain name "ultimatefightingchampionship.com" away from Mardo but appears to have been choked out by Mardo, the savvy screenwriting DJ who is in negotiations with Hollywood makeup artist Louis Lazzara about the movie rights to this interesting tale of a former amateur wrestler who defeats an international no holds barred fighting organization.
"I registered ultimatefightingchampionship.com after interviewing Vince Mcmahon's daughter, Stephanie, and speaking with WWE champion and 1996 Olympic gold medallist, Kurt Angle," says Mardo. "Like myself, Kurt wrestled in amateur tournaments. I decided to put together tournaments for professional wrestlers and have all of the winners face each other in a tournament called the ultimate fighting championship. Ultimate fighting is a generic term that means; no holds barred. It's basically hardcore professional wrestling."
At this time Mardo also registered the domain names extremechampionshipwrestling.com and worldchampionshipwrestling.com, since both of the WWE's competitors, ECW & WCW, were on the verge of bankruptcy and were looking to sell their organizations. Ray saw it as a way of giving former wrestlers from these organizations the opportunity to compete in his ultimate fighting championship tournament.
"The UFC was struggling financially and was sold by Rob Meyrowitz to Zuffa, LLC. Rob had no interest in the domain name so I bought it well before Zuffa purchased the UFC and had it for nearly two years before they filed an internet domain name dispute against my company," adds Mardo. "Today's wrestling scene is radically different then it was years ago. The WWE employs the now defunct ECW's former owner, Paul Heyman and they bought WCW from Ted Turner. These two events changed my plans for the wrestling tournaments and I was considering transferring the name to Zuffa, but when they tried to intimidate me, I decided to apply a submission hold and make them tap out."
With his big victory over the UFC, Mardo is at work on the screenplay for the movie. "Hollywood sees this as the classic tale of the big guy with money and strength trying to bully the little guy around. It's an abuse of power. Sometimes the underdog can win if he is right and is prepared," Mardo stated with smile. "This is a story of motivation for the average Joe. I feel like Rocky Balboa. Yo Adrian, I did it!"
Mardo is also scheduled to set a DJ world record for Guiness, and has his second cd is coming out soon possibly through Dave Sanchez at Madonna's old boyfriend's label; Jellybean Records. You can view the results of
Zuffa, LLC vs. LGRE Ray Mardo by clicking

There it is. If this helps anyone then I'm glad.
Wishing you success,
Raymond A. Mardo III

VANDERLEI SPEAKS
Vanderlei SilvaVanderlei Silva was recently interviewed by Brazilian magazine
'Tatame'. Here's what Vanderlei had to say (interview by
Eduardo Ferreira, translation by
Ricardo Alonso):
Tatame: How do you see your entry into the PRIDE Open Weight GP?
Vanderlei: I had really wanted to fight in the first round, but they only included me at the start of the second round and I'm ready to fight. I accepted the offer to fight because I never run away from the difficult challenges. Only the toughest fighters are now in the GP. The first round is over and only the best fighters are now left. Every one of the fighters in the second round have the ability to win the GP.
Tatame: Who would you like to face in the GP?
Vanderlei: Whoever they match me up against will be fine. I've never picked my opponents, and everyone left in the GP is a strong fighter. It's like I've always said: I'm don't claim that I can beat everyone but I will always face anyone. I want to show that I deserve to be in the second round of the GP.
Tatame: What about the possibility of having a rematch against Mark Hunt?
Vanderlei: That would be great. I fought very well against him the first time and I feel that I won. It will be great if they match me up against him again. In order to beat him, you must take him down to the ground. He has a very heavy punch, and to trade strikes with him is not always wise. If I fight against him, I will look to submit him.
Tatame: There is also a possibility that you may face Rodrigo "Minotauro" Nogueira. What would that fight be like?
Vanderlei: It would be a great opportunity for both of us to face each other. He's an idol in Japan, and so am I. It would have a lot of impact in Japan and here in Brazil. There is no strategy to fight against someone like Minotauro because he's a complete fighter. He knows the ground game well and he's also good at boxing. My game against him would be to stand with him and trade strikes, because that is where my strengths are.
Tatame: This will be the third PRIDE GP that you will have been in. Have you now become a GP specialist?
Vanderlei: (laughs) No. The first two GP's I competed in where in my weight category, but this one will be different because there's the chance of facing much heavier guys. The size of the larger opponents can actually work to my advantage, but it can also work against me. If a heavyweight catches you right on the button, you're going down.
Tatame: Do you believe that the best fighters in PRIDE are in this GP?
Vanderlei: The best heavyweights are in it, but there are many guys from the lower weight categories that aren't in it, such as Mauricio Shogun and Quinton Jackson.
Tatame: With Fedor Emelianenko not in the GP, it will always be said that the champion of this Open Weight GP won because Fedor was not in it. What do you think about that?
Vanderlei: Fedor is definitely the man to beat. No one has beaten him yet, so it's true that this GP will be remembered for not having him in it. I think the champion of this GP will need to face Fedor in order to set the record straight.
Tatame: Are you doing any special training in order to gain weight? Will you change anything in your training, as well?
Vanderlei: I am polishing up my physical preparation. I'm weighing 94 kg (207 pounds) and I won't gain much more weight, so that I don't lose any agility. My training will remain the same. I had already been in training for some time, but I stepped up the speed of my training after being confirmed in the GP so that I will be well prepared on the day of the event.
Tatame: What can the fans expect from you? And what can your adversaries expect from you, too?
Vanderlei: My fans can expect to see me well prepared and ready to fight. I always fight going forward and try to put on a good show. I never run away from the tough challenges. For my opponents, I can only say, "Silva is in the house" (laughs).
RANDLEMAN INJURY UPDATE
Kevin RandlemanFred George, who is the new athletic trainer of
Kevin Randleman, was recently interviewed by Bodybuilding.com and answered some questions regarding Randleman's injury. Here's what George had to say:
"Kevin Randleman is an unbelievable talent. He is built just like a pro bodybuilder. At 5'10" he is a solid 230, shredded. And let me tell you, Kevin has had a very rough year. He tore his labrum and rotator cuff of the right shoulder during a fight, while simultaneously having his ribs cracked, on his left side. He had to go into surgery.
If that was not enough Kevin has also torn his right biceps tendon. So he ended up having surgery on both the bicep and shoulder. Due to the fracture and being intubated they found the crack in his ribs had punctured his left lung, and a type of fungus was growing.
He was having trouble breathing during training. No one could understand it because Kevin was an NCAA wrestler from Ohio State University so cardiovascular fitness was never a factor for him. The day of the surgery, they cut his thoracic cavity wide open from the sternum to the middle of his back, and pulled his ribs apart.
The doctors extracted a build up of fungus, bacteria and scar tissue the size of three human fists. This mass was literally strangling Kevin. Now he is recovering and preparing for a comeback." -Fred George
CAGEFIGHTERS CORNER: AN OFFER TO EDDIE BRAVO STUDENTS
Flamboyant bachelor and sport grappler, Eddie Bravo.Commentary by
'The Predator'Perhaps you witnessed the challenge I issued several months ago to
Eddie 'Mexican Frank Dux' Bravo, which he turned down. If you did not see it, here is a quick recap: As a professional cagefighter, I had taken issue with Bravo referring to himself as a "fighter," despite only competing under sport BJJ rules and never stepping into the cage.
I also thought Bravo was doing a disservice to the cagefighting community with his ridiculous Frank Dux-esque claims about his
'fighting' style that consisted of flopping to one's ass and bringing one's leg over an opponent's head, and that it would lead to a lot of injuries and losses that could otherwise be avoided. I offered to give him a chance to call himself a fighter by meeting me in the cage and proving his style, but
'Vato Dux' demanded PRIDE-level money and that I cut down to 145 pounds.
After I accepted both conditions, every mention of the challenge was immediately deleted on the Underground forum at MMA.tv, the homebase for the
limp-wristed goth musician's successful martial arts scheme.
But even if you didn't witness the
cowardly dick-tuck that Bravo pulled against me, I am sure you noticed the recent embarrassing performances of your fellow Bravo students, who keep losing again and again under MMA rules to competition that does not even rise to D-level.
Sure, the fancy leg over the shoulder move might work in sport grappling, rolling around at the dojo with
Joe Rogan, and maybe even in porn, but as example after example has proven, it does not work in the cage.
Tait 'Taint' Fletcher recently suffered
humiliation on national television with his decision loss against a flabby midget with Toughman-level standup abilities. Most humiliating of all is the prospect for other Bravo students, as Taint is supposedly the best Bravo fighter of all!
Getting Bravo to fight is now a lost cause, as
'Vato Dux' absolutely refuses to compete in an actual fight against a real fighter. He would rather walk around as if he is a monkey on the ground and taunt his opponents for not jumping into his guard in sport BJJ matches, but he doesn't even seem to want to do that anymore, as apparently his skyrocketing dual careers as UFC scorekeeper and 80's goth musician take up too much of his time.
However, to Bravo's students, I have a great deal of sympathy for you as a
fellow grappler and cagefighter, and as the son of a wealthy Jewish attorney,
I also have a financial proposition for you.
As you currently stand, you all have zero wrestling and striking abilities, and even the ground technique you have learned will not help you in a cagefight. Thus, within the next month, any of you who decide to come to your senses and quit training with
Eddie 'Vato Dux' Bravo and train with me in my
legendary Arizona gym instead, will receive 50% off what I normally charge my students for the next year. And yes, this even includes "Taint" Fletcher, who I would be more than happy to mold into an actual fighter.
Since
I have actually stepped into the cage, I have the authority and experience to teach you all how to take opponents down, pound them, properly submit them, and even how to properly throw kicks and punches without looking like a drunken Toughman fighter before the fight hits the ground.
Think about it,
you are being given the opportunity of a lifetime. Remember, you are literally putting your lives on the line when the gate is shut on the cage doors, and you could very well end up being beaten to death, as I have almost done to several of my opponents.
So the choice is obvious. Your health, and possibly even your life, is on the line.
Do you really want to put your life in the hands of a pothead sport grappler like Eddie Bravo?
